I'd like to find some acreage fronting on Onion Creek. Not some postage stamp rocky bluff lot with 50 feet of creek access. Ten or more acres would be good, with lots of creek frontage, maybe a 1000 feet or more. Having the potential to buy adjoining acreage with its own great creek frontage, maybe even a home, would be nice. Having my own access to a paved state road from both properties would be crucial. Not looking for easement situations.

I'd want the property to be usable, fairly level, and have a nice diversity of large and medium size trees. NO ROCKS! If I wanted to throw a rock I'd have to pick up some gravel off the drive. I want my horses to carry me proudly, not having to worry about stumbling over boulders. I envision building
