The CA/H unit is ALL outside of the house (no AC closet in the house = saves space& VERY quiet), with electric cooling and gas heating.

Windows in every room allow for a lot of natural light and nice views of the front and back yards. All interior and cabinet doors have Mahogany veneer, counter tops are tile, and there are Plantation Shutters and blinds throughout the house.

All appliances convey and are all good quality products: dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, washer and dryer. The washer and dryer are in the laundry/ utility room in the garage, which has an electric door opener. There is an ADT alarm system installed in the home.
